Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Walo Live app and website, operated by Nexrox Digital. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you, and you must not have been previously suspended from Walo Live.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private.
• One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accounts may not be sold, rented or transferred.
• We may require identity or age verification, and may restrict access until it is completed.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you create — streams, moments, messages, photos and audio.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or required for legal reasons.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any music or third-party material.
• We may remove content that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines.

4. Rules of conduct

The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. In summary, you must not post sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, hate speech, threats, or fraudulent or illegal material; you must not impersonate others; and you must not use bots, automation or manipulation to inflate gifts, hours, viewers or rankings.

5. Coins, diamonds and gifts

• Coins are a prepaid virtual currency used to send gifts. Diamonds are what hosts receive from gifts. Neither is legal tender and neither carries a cash value outside the app.
• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. You have no ownership right in them.
• Purchases are generally final. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and the rules of the app store you bought through.

6. Host and agency earnings

• Hosts and agencies are independent contractors, not employees. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship in the legal sense.
• Earnings are governed by the Host Policy and Agency Policy, which may be updated from the start of a calendar month.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and for reporting your income where you live.
• Earnings obtained through manipulation, fraud or policy breach may be voided and withheld.

7. Enforcement and suspension

We may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, void earnings, or suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. Serious breaches — content involving minors, credible threats of violence, or fraud — result in immediate permanent termination. You may appeal to support@walolive.com within 30 days.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time — see Delete Account. Deleting your account forfeits any unused coins and any diamond balance below the withdrawal minimum. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or any feature, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Service provided “as is”

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content posted by other users is accurate or lawful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nexrox Digital against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
